I just wanted to say that my wife and I had a very pleasant experience with tech.Carlos. We immediately felt at ease while watching him work meticulous to ensure that our problem would be fixed right. He would politely answer all our questions while working. There should be more people like this that take pride in their work and has your best interest in Mind. Thank you sir.

AMAZING!!! My heater when out a couple of days before our coldest day this year. Previous service people came two in a row changed a couple of parts which didn’t fix the issue. Then was told by service guy on Thursday evening someone will reach out on Friday with estimate to replace furnace. Friday came no one called so I called them. Was told he couldn’t get me an estimate until Monday, I told him it was going to be to be 20 degrees on Monday. His response was I will estimate on Monday and besides we won’t be able to do it anyway until after the holidays (2-3 weeks). 3 months prior paid them thousands of dollars for my AC! Samir Monem was my tech for maintenance!! He is awesome & experienced. He is thorough on every visit everytime!! He goes into the attic to check both units. Climbs ladder to second story from outside to actually keep our exterior units clean with a hose. We are on Bayou Barataria main waterway and he always goes the extra mile because dirt is heavy here. His communication skills are excellent. He suggest but doesn’t push extra services that he feels are needed.

My AC unit stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. I called and left a message with the answering service and sent a request for service after hours yesterday. Robs AC called me this morning before I made it to work to get me scheduled for the day. Samir came to my house in the window of time that I was scheduled for. Samir gave me an education on my cooling system and how to best maintain it. He also explained the correct filters to use and why it's important to use them. My system is vintage (almost antique in AC years- my words not his) and is still holding on, so the knowledge given to me today will hopefully let it run for another decade (fingers crossed). Discovered late Friday afternoon that new a/c system wasn’t working. I emailed Rob’s at 5pm not expecting a call back until Monday. Early Saturday morning, I recd a call back letting me know someone could be there at 9:30. The tech, George Silva, was prompt and resolved the problem. He explained what the problem had been and how he had repaired it. I recommend this company for their service ethic and competence.
