ROC Cabinetry

Duluth warehouse is ridiculous. Even if my order was ready and waiting for 2 business days, they didn't give it to me. I had to wait for them to fix their communication problem until 3 pm to get it. The lady in the office is too rude, even if I used polite language. It doesn't work to be polite here. At the end of the day, I had to load my 3 orders by myself. I use other cabinet vendors' warehouses. They are never like that arrogants. I was gonna do two trips because of other stuff in my box truck. Because of them, I had to do one trip and load all the cabinets one by one by myself. This is the worst part.

Construction is great, the staff are extremely helpful, my rep Andrei is always ready to help me, I recommend ROC to all of my dealer friends
