I'm writing to report a concerning experience we had at your warehouse today. We were there for 2 hours and 23 minutes, which seems excessive. Upon our arrival, the warehouse manager didn't acknowledge us or ask about our order, despite passing by us multiple times. She was often on her personal phone. During this long wait, my sales representative and I waited patiently for assistance. After the extensive delay, she approached us and became defensive, attempting to shift the blame to my sales representative, who did nothing wrong. She also stated that I was rude to her. While I did use an expletive out of frustration with the situation, it was not directed at her. I apologize if she took it personally, but I believe the frustration stemmed from the long and unprofessional wait time. Th

Great quality cabinets. Great prices! The people there are really nice and professional. Definitely recommend over the big box stores as their quality is much better and many options.

Started out as a grate company, But it’s funny to see how fast things change when they feel like they locked you in. Over 2 1/2 hours to pick up wall fillers and a few panels and we were the only ones here doing a pick up. The manager had every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long and after 2 hours she laughed in my face. Sad because I was really looking forward to working with these guys.
