Rocha Landscaping

I used Rocha Lawn care to help tear out some flowerbeds and place some gravel. These guys were amazing! they showed up early and on time; already working at 7 AM. They completed the work in only two days. This project would have taken me weeks! They made sure that everything was perfect before they left for the day. All of the material they used is quality and they made some great recommendations to help us figure out the best options to choose to make our yard look great.

I hired them to do sod removal and put in rocks. They gave me a quote for the labor and it was lower than other bids. But when they got the sod removal done they asked for payment. I said I would pay half now and pay the other half when the rock was completed. He said the bid was for the sod removal only. Needless to say we were NOT happy. We thought we were getting a good price, but when it was for half the job, it was very HIGH!! Lesson learned, get the bid in a written contract!! We requested a written bid to finish the job, but when they requested to meet with us, we waited for hours & they were a no show. What they did was a good job, but they ghosted us and didn’t finish the job. We had to hire someone else to finish the job, including the sod removal they didn’t complete.

Great service! They were able to help me with yard clean up on very short notice, arrived early in the morning and worked to make the property look beautiful. Excellent work and fair price!

Update, same day: After posting this review, they've reached out and paid the bill. Review amended from 1 star to 3. To be honest, I would be aware of this situation before hiring. --- Hired them to trim a large tree in my back yard, they offered to do the job for $2,000. We agreed, and they came out the following week. It was finished promptly. While they were working, one of the branches fell and put a hole in my fence. They reassured me that they would call the fencing company immediately to get it scheduled to be fixed. As they were leaving, they told me that they don't accept credit cards, and in-order to do so would have to charge extra to cover the processing fee. so I paid an extra $100, despite not being told that up-front.
