Beginning with our consulting/diagnostics meetings to the work completion, we received their client-focused attention, detail-oriented service and, most of all, customer-satisfaction performance. Jason and Justin were thorough and diligent with their work, on schedule with their deliverables while maintaining constant communication with us, ensuring that the project was in line with our expectations. They kept our home clean after their daily work and finished the bathroom project looking like a showroom model. Overall, we are thankful for their work and happy to have engaged Rochester Bath and Kitchen.

We recently had Rochester Bath and Kitchen remodel of our main bathroom that was still sporting a 70's look. The process from start to finish exceeded expectations. We started with Dan who is one of the owners to design our new bathroom. He was super helpful and very patient. The two installers Jeff and Rich showed up on a Tuesday to start the job. From laying down drop covers to protect our carpeting to vacuuming at the end of each day you would hardly know they were there. The roll off dumpster arrived an hour after they did and was picked up an hour before they left on Friday when they completed the job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. I had my BATHROOM remodeled! I am so glad I selected Rochester Bath & Kitchen because they were exceptional! They met all my needs, requests and answered all my questions. They installed a new walk-in shower, a new fan with light, a new, (raised) vanity and a new mirror over the vanity. The house is over 20 years old & we had NO idea what was behind the sheetrock. I had the greatest team of men!! They came in at 8:30 AM and worked diligently until 4:30 for 3 days! Wayne, Steve were experts and they had a very good apprentice helping them. Our experience far surpassed our expectations! We LOVE the results. Tom was brilliant at helping us with the design. He suggested a few changes that turned out to be smart. When we visited the tile store, he steered us to an option that was perfect and beautiful. Brian did the final measurements (with a laser) and fixed issues with our out-of-square kitchen. Becky was great with her timely communications. The crew (John, Alex, & Ric) was wonderful. Always on time, professional and entertaining. These guys are Professional. Our installers Jason and Justin were fantastic, kept it clean from the front door up the stairs and into our bathroom which is now an on suite. Courteous and professional they worked nonstop.
