We needed a plumber for some minor plumbing repairs. Stephen communicated when he was able to come and maintained that communication up through the time of his arrival. He explained what the problems were and what caused them. He did not try to sell us on work or parts that we did not need. He also assisted us on a separate plumbing issue. He is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Rochester Plumbing.

Rochester Plumbing came to my parents rescue this week. I was visiting from out of state when I found out their hot water heater quit working. After coming to look at what they needed on Monday, they came back on Tuesday and got everything taken care of for them. They are responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Trustworthy, fast, well priced. He returned the materials he didn't use and got that money refunded back to my card. It's hard to find good people and tradesmen these days but working with Steven and his team has been refreshing. They did everything I asked, delivered quality work, and did it fast. I would definitely recommend them and they will be the first people I call if I have issues in the future.

Stephen responded to my call right away and got back in touch after I left a voice mail. He was super communicative about scheduling and called when he was on his way. When he got here, he looked everything over and got right to work. We chatted while he worked and he taught me a thing or two about my system and the issues I was having. Upon completion, he cleaned everything up and didn't leave a single trace that he was even here. Overall, a super nice gentleman with great work ethic and communication skills. Will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.

Stephen and Bethany are the absolute BEST! I had an entire grinder pump go down at my house and could not use any toilets or showers. I had originally called a different company to come out and almost got scammed out of a ridiculous amount of money. I placed a call to Rochester's and they were out the very next morning and fixed everything with a brand new pump for less than half the price of what I was quoted. He went over and beyond and even coordinated with an electrician to come fix some issues with the wiring to my house. He was hands down the best plumber I've ever dealth with ! It truly means a lot to find someone does honest, great work in this day and age. I will not use any other plumber going forward!
