The quality of the work is by far fantastic! I've worked with this company twice now and I'm happy with the product for sure. My only critique would be better proactive communication on install times/dates. Meaning, RBF reaches out to me instead of me having to reach out to them to get scheduling info.

Rocky and her crew of professionals did an outstanding job on my fence and gate! All her employees I met were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of me and my property! My job was done ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations! I would not hesitate to use them again!

******DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!****** I would give them negative stars if it were an option. Rocky came out to property and did a quote on a section of privacy fence. I wanted to get the work done and Rocky claimed they would do the work. Later, she refused to call back and set date to begin work after sending several e-mails and calls to her office. The office staff apologizes, makes excuses about work crews quitting right & left, and assures you a return phone call which is never returned. Pathetic customer service. Got work done through a reputable fencing company and you should too!

A very good experience from beginning to end, everyone in the company was very nice and very helpful from the person answering the phone to the person doing my estimate to the guys that came out and did my work. Very outstanding work and would recommend to anybody. I can't say enough about the quality of the work that was done

I would actually give them a minus rating. I called yesterday to ask about a repair on a chain link fence, the lady that answered was very dismissive and rude. I said I need a repair on my chain link fence before I could say anything else she said in a very angry voice ..Well it will be 10 to 12 weeks and it will be 1000.00 minimum.. The whole fence only cost me 1300.00. So apparently this company does not do fence repair under 1000.00. The cost is high but they way she spoke to me was very rude. I would shop around before calling this company!!
