Our hot water heater failed causing a flood in our basement which destroyed the carpet. One call to Walter at Rockbottom and he sent his worker over within the hour to remove the sopping carpet. It was a heavy, wet job but he got it done quickly. We ordered a new carpet which arrived quickly. It was installed today. The men who did the work were meticulous. They even moved all the furniture for us. I would not hesitate to hire Walter and Rockbottom again should the need arise.

I picked out a beautiful, plush, neutral color sofa sleeper for my new apartment! I got the Mahoney Pebble Full Sofa Sleeper sofa- brand: Ashley Furniture. The price is competitive compared to other furniture stores in the area. The delivery went very smoothly even though it was not an easy delivery (second floor, steep stairs, narrow hallway and narrow doorway). I definitely recommend checking out rock bottom furniture & flooring!
