I just want to share that I am so impressed by the service I received this evening from technician Ram! To begin, my service technician arrived at the very beginning of the one hour appointment time window, which was wonderful. On top of that, he was very thorough about explaining all the details of the work he would do, as well as telling me about the warranty and pricing. Within five minutes of us talking he was already quick at work and within an hour had completed the entire job! The job included a complete removal of my old spring tube system and cables AND a complete installation of a brand new spring tube, cables, and springs for my garage door. Ram was extremely friendly and helpful and offered his service to answer any questions if I had any today or even in the future. In addit

If I could leave a negative star I would. Is this even a real company Benjamin came out the springs didn't work said he'd be back soon, 3 hrs later still nothing 7pm I called the company they said he'd be out in an hour 2 hrs later still nothing. Supposably they had to order the parts for 1st thing Monday morning. 2pm Monday still nothing. No communication at all on their part. Still waiting for manager to call back after 3 days the worst part was they gave us a physical address to go pick our old part and according to the post office it doesn't exist and conveniently the San Diego office is being renovated. Still waiting for Benjamin to bring back our old part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SOMETHING VERY FISHY HERE. this has to be the worst company we've ever dealt with. Shame on you for

The order was stellar; we had a free estimate at nearly close of business, and our new uniquely designed garage door was here on time the next day with our prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient technician, Hasiel. He had our old garage door and whole system gutted and the new one installed very efficiently. Overall, we’re very pleased.
