Their prices are a little high this year been a few years since I was out here but still good product and the kids loading me up made sure I agreed on the yardage what the competition called 7 yards they only called 6 I know it's more than 6 they did the same thing last time when we bought 12 yards they probably gave us 14

Got the fort dodge white decorative rocks here and it turns out to be fake white rocks. The rocks are covered in heavy white powder that eventually washes away after a few rainy days or exposed to lawn sprinklers. Once the powder is washed away, it is actually a tan colored rock. Do not buy the fort dodge white rocks from Patio Town if you are wanting bulk white rocks. It is deceiving to call it white and cover it in heavy white powder. The picture attached is from me using distilled filtered water to wash off the white powder. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a reaction to anything from the rain or city water. Again, these are not true white rocks....just powdered rocks to make them look white.

Service was excellent! It started with Arnie who was very helpful and knowledgable about grills and gave excellent advice. Pat processed the order and went above and beyond to share sound recommendations. What a wonderful experience this has been. Way to go Patio Town team! Great experience. Even though the store was short staffed the gentleman that helped us was very kind helpful. We purchased gravel and he noticed the tire on our trailer was. Suggested we go next door and fill it up before he dumped the rest of the gravel in. We did and when we returned he was waiting for us and loaded us up. That is great service.

Placed my order and employees appeared to be easy to work with (2 orders for 14 yards of colored mulch to be delivered). But then they called me the next day to tell me that the delivery date will be switched because “our truck broke down.” The date didn’t work for me as it is my sons birthday. And I couldn’t adjust the schedule for all the people that are helping. I told them that their problem is NOT my problem. THEY threatened me by canceling the order. THEY want your money but cannot deliver. I asked for a full refund (both orders) Who do these guys think they are? Move the time around after you committed? Goof balls. DON’T do business with clowns.
