My fiancé and I recently visited Rock Pros for the first time while looking for mulch. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how friendly and professional the staff were. They took the time to show us all the different types of mulch they offered. We were specifically searching for mini Moca mulch and were able to place our order with ease. One great perk is that they offer free delivery for orders of four yards or more, which was perfect since we live nearby. Though there was a minor issue with our delivery, I was truly impressed by how quickly and professionally it was handled. Wide product selection, but disappointing experience. Antiny, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and attentive — he spent time with me and provided professional assistance. However, the delivery included two types of decorative stones — Mocha and Beige. The Beige ones were noticeably smaller in size. The Mocha stones were somewhat dirty but acceptable, while the Beige ones were completely mixed with clay and mud. It was extremely difficult to wash them, as nearly half of my garbage bin ended up filled with sludge. A third batch of stones was supposed to be ready for pickup by my wife, but when she arrived, the staff completely ignored her, and nothing had been prepared. We had a great experience with this place and quickly got our questions answered about the right material for our artificial turf base. Yasmine went above and beyond to get us the right stone, sent us pictures and quotes, told us how to get the best price, and worked with us so we could have a 3rd party (friend) do the pickup too. They also generously gave us military discount, which is amazing on top of them having the best price in any nearby county! 10/10. Rock on 🤘

After having 10 yards of bark delivered, and being very happy with it. we decided to use this same company for a delivery of rock. Ours was a small amount 1/2 yard of their 4x8 cobble (5x8 on the website). We were to use this for a boarder on our river bed in the back yard. We looked at the pictures online and decided, based on the pictures, this was the rock size we needed. What was delivered was a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY! What they dumped on our street was severely broken and either much larger or much smaller than what was depicted on their website. We are left with a huge pile of small (2-3 inch) and large (9-18 inch) broken rocks that we cannot use.
