Rock Roofing

Rob’s guys came out a year ago to fix water damage. Recently while doing renovations we saw that the problem was not solved (water was coming in in the same area). I called and sent pictures. After calling multiple times Rob finally returned my call on a Thursday and said he’d be over the following day or early the following week. That was two weeks ago. I have continued to call and no one returns my calls. My renovation is on hold waiting for the problem to be fixed. I’m going to have to call another roofing company to do the job.

Great experiences. Fair rates, super quick responses, and honest workmanship. I had another roofer quote me a ridiculous price, Rock made it really reasonable. They even found and patched some holes where mixe were getting in. The one star home reno review, I think there is more to the story. Rock comes next day when you call if not day of. I think this reviewer must have done something in his end.

This guy was awful to me. I asked for a quote, he gave it to me verbally over the phone, I said ok I will get back to you. Days later, strangers were on my roof. I had not hired anyone!! I could not communicate with them, they did not speak English. Eventually realized it was this guy when he sent me a bill and included line items I didn't ask for. Became extremely aggressive when I questioned the invoice. It was awful. Btw I did end paying for the items I had had quoted.

We'd been hearing some loud thumping/scratching noises in the space between our rancher's ceiling and the roof, and figured a squirrel had gotten in through a roof vent. We had another company scheduled to clean the gutters, and the guys confirmed that one of the roof vents had been pulled up, and our unwanted guest had put an actual hole in the roof :-( They didn't do roof repairs, though, so they advised me to get a roofer to do that. A family member who's a general contractor referred me to Rock Roofing, and they were able to come out the very next day to do the repairs. As they were finishing the vent installation, however, the crew heard scratching noises coming from directly under the vent, and realized that our "guest" was trapped in the crawl space. What a great experience. I could not be more happier with the job and the experience. Extremely quick turnaround! Great workmanship! and two really polite roofers who were real gentlemen. The price was very reasonable and the responsiveness was awesome. I would highly recommend using Rock Roofing! Jim T
