Rock Solid Drains

Great service by caring crew. I’ve used Rock Solid for several pipe issues. I have Older home and pipes need care. I can always count on Rock Solid to fix. I had a complete sewer pipe failure and they responded quickly to replace the pipe. This time my bathroom sink and kitchen drain needed unclogging. Problem fixed same day I called. Great service!

12/10/2025 I can't say enough about the quickness and efficiency of Rock Solid Drains. My home warranty company couldn't provide me with a vendor to take care of my problem, after experiencing drain blockage problems for 3 days. They authorized me to contact my own plumber, and said they would reimburse me after service. I called Casey with my problem and he had a plumber (Clavy and Syrus) on site within the hour. We discussed the option of snaking or hydro jetting and they thoroughly explained both. We spoke with my home warranty company and submitted a pre-authorization form. A rep from the home warranty company called and sounded favorable to authorize the hydro-jet. I authorized them to move forward with the hydro-jet and my warranty company subsequently denied my claim. Casey

I am a retired commercial plumber and knew what I needed and spent some time on the internet to find the right company with a fair price and good reviews. Rock Solid Drains snaked out my washing machine drain multiple times both thru the trap and thru the clean out. They reconnected the machine multiple times and there was still poor flow thru the trap. They finally located a foreign object in the trap with a camera. They did not charge me any more for their work and I was able to repair the trap

The Rock Solid Drain technician was able to arrive within an hour or so of my initial phone call, which was greatly appreciated because both drains in our kitchen sink were badly clogged. Another plumbing company couldn’t get to us until the next day. The technician was friendly, professional, and skilled. Within 45 minutes the drains were flowing freely, and we got some good advice on what not to put into our garbage disposal. If the need arises, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Used RSD to inspect drain and sewer lines in an older home we are purchasing. They showed up on time and did the inspection. They gave a detailed report with photos of the line interior. An estimate for necessary repairs was also provided. Communication with Colton was excellent with prompt replies. We will use RSD to perform the needed repairs and review further.
