We were very satisfied with Rock Solid Handymen from our initial phone contact through the completion of repairs to our home. Lasana expertly replaced an aluminum flashing piece on our roof in a timely manner. In addition, we made a last-minute request for him to look at a door that was not closing properly. He did not hesitate, assessed the issue, and promptly repaired the door. We truly appreciate Lasana’s professionalism and quality workmanship—job well done.

I needed someone to replace mortar on my brick steps. He responded promptly to my call, came out, and then gave me a reasonable quote. They came out to start the job and we quickly found out the job was gong to be much more than redoing the mortar. The inner bricks had deteriorated, and the mortar holding them together had turned to sand. They called me out, showed me the damaged bricks, and gave their recommendation on solving the issue. They ended up having to replace the inner brick with cement and brick around it. They worked about 10 hours the first day and 10 hours the second day. They spent around 4 hours a third day doing clean-up on the bricks. They kept me informed each day on what they were doing: all this on a job they had planned to only need one day to complete. I worked with him on two separate issues, what I first thought was to be a shed repair, but turned into a deck and shed removal. Lasana was honest and forthright about the extent of the damage to the deck/shed. As a result, I purchased a shed from a big box store and Lasana and his crew put it together for me.
