⭐️ Think Twice Before Using Rock Tops! ⭐️ Absolutely terrible experience — I would not recommend this company. As a homeowner, I value professionalism, accountability, and quality workmanship when hiring a contractor. Unfortunately, my experience with Rock Tops fell far short of expectations. Although their pricing was competitive and the countertops themselves turned out beautiful, nearly every part of the service experience was frustrating and disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered: Lack of professionalism and accountability: Communication with the owner was extremely poor. When concerns were brought up, instead of addressing them professionally, the company became dismissive and unresponsive. Poor cleanup: The installation team didn’t clean up after themselves. It was

They do good work the first time around but good luck getting them to respond again when you need something else done. Do your homework and don’t be afraid to go to other companies outside of the area, they are more responsive and you get a better price and more quality work done

First off our tile work in our master bathroom looks fantastic and they had to do a lot of demolition before they could start. But I believe in communication and finishing a job 100%. I don’t know if I’m just naive and assumed that tile to carpet transition was included, but we were left with a height difference and the job was left like that. Our countertop was lifted and the sink fell out and I contacted him for 5 weeks to please come fix it before we did it ourself. Never pay until you’re 100% satisfied.
