I had an appointment scheduled for a technician to come out between 9 and 11, made sure I was home for it and scheduling was very easy. I called the company twice once at 9:45 and again at 10:30 to verify my appt. They confirmed and said a technician will call. The call never came, I called again and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone before hanging up and dialing again and awaiting another 8 minutes. Finally spoke to someone filled them in on the delays and they told me the technician would call me or they would give me a call with an update, No one ever called. What a waste of my morning and I still need my fridge looked at.

Don’t bother calling them. They never called and when I called them again they said would look into and get back to me. Never received a call back. They actually get no stars!

Great experience! Had to have them out twice for the same job due to needing to defrost my freezer upon initial inspection. The second time they came out it was fixed and good to go within a half hour and they still only charged the labor minimum. Will absolutely be reaching out again for future appliance needs and recommending them.

Professional, courteous and efficient. Found First Class through local recommendations and would definitely recommend. Called on a Wednesday, had an assessment Thursday and the ordered part came in on Friday. Great communication. I hope I don’t need additional services soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call.

Extremely friendly and professional. They came out when they said they would and were quick as well. Had my gas oven repaired within the hour and explained everything he did thoroughly. Will be using them all of the time now for any future repairs on any of my appliances.
