Dave, with Rocket Air and Heat along with his team, from the first meeting with Dave to go over what my needs were for my home. Dave gave me several choices and explained all aspects of each one so I could make the choice best for me. From the estimate to the completion of the install was done in a very professional manner. Several areas of the job they went above and beyond. System is working great. When they left my property, there were no signs that they were ever here great cleanup. Highly recommend Dave and his team.

Great company and people, knowledgeable! Came out to repair my AC unit the same day. The Tech repairman ordered the needed part, but the store was closing in 5 minutes. So he called around to his fellow repairmen to see if someone might have the part in their van. Another repairman did, so my Tech drove to meet up and get the part. Then he drove back to my house and did the repair. My Tech went out of his way to get my AC running. So glad to have a cool house again. Wonderful staff, awesome work ethic, care about their customers!

Several weeks back my AC failed so I gave the Rocket Air & Heat team a call. They replaced two aged/failing air conditioners. From start to finish they were professional, timely, didn’t rush their work, and took the time to clean up the worksite; bottom line… they were the very best! Dave (owner) and his team (Will, Ray, Chachi, and Donald) were awesome, I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a reputable “do what they promise” team!
