We had a fantastic experience! They came out promptly and Jacob assessed the issues we needed addressed. We ended up needing a full HVAC & air duct replacement. They handled it quickly and had it completely done with in 4 days! Their crew was fantastic and we could not recommend the enough.

I am so happy and impressed with the service I received from Chandler and his helper for my plumbing services. He explained everything he was doing and stayed to make sure all was working the way it should. An amazing experience and again thank you Chandler!! Extremely nice and professional! I plan on recommending them to everyone I know.

10 million stars to Rocket City Air!! My whole HVAC unit went out on me right before a winter storm. The HVAC company I was using wasn't able to come out and service me so I called Rocket City Air after my neighbor referred me to them. They got out to me immediately and started working on my existing unit which was completely shot. Then they did everything possible to get me a new unit installed before the winter storm hit. They went above and beyond to make sure that me and my kids were okay in this freezing weather. They even brought us heaters to keep my house warm while we waited for the new unit. I would not recommend this HVAC company to anyone. We had a 4 week newborn at the time of our hvac replacement in January, and I’ve hesitated on writing a review because I HATE to speak ill of other companies. Finding #3 today was the final straw though. Here’s just the list off the top of my head- I can’t even remember it all now (and yes, there were more issues): 1. Did not cover their shoes- tracked mud in and out of our house. 2. Every time they went out at least one person smoked and brought their smoke covered clothes back into our home. 3. Spilled a can of paint in our garage when taking out the ladder and turning off/on the breaker 4. Did not communicate AT ALL what was happening, how long we could expect them to be there, status updates- nothing. They were just in our house f

Jacob and his team did an awesome job rerouting and cleaning our dryer vents. They were fast, efficient and did a great job communicating with us through the process! So thankful for their help! Highly recommend their services
