Complete new unit install. Well Done Rocket Cooling! Timely arrival and done before 5:00 pm. Communication was great and very thorough. All good and reliable system.

Joel was very professionall in his approach to his work and dealing with us, his customers. He also sold us a soft start for our air conditioner compressor and did a good job of explaining its advantages. I did an internet search and determined that a soft start is a good investment for reducing the surge in amperage at startup. This should extend the life of the compressor. Joel showed me our startup surge was 86 amps before the soft start was installed and 36 amps after. This also means you can run the A/C on a portable generator. He threw in a new capacitor, so I thought the cost was reasonable versus DIY internet prices.

Ryan was exceptional. Air conditioners seem only to go down on the weekends, of course, and he helped me diagnose a few things over the phone. But then he came to our since there was more than one issue. No ordering parts - had what we needed on the truck. Everything got up and running quickly, and while he was here he sucked out the drains from both systems. He didn't have to do that. But did as a courtesy. You should use Rocket Cooling now that so many HVAC companies have gone corporate. Ask for Ryan!
