I had the pleasure of having Mason Aube as my technician today. He was prompt and very professional. It was my first time meeting him and he was very pleasant. We discussed potential problems because of the age of my unit. Overall I’m very happy with our visit today. Well done Mason !

Mason fixed our problem we had with our thermostat.He was very friendly,knowledgeable and courteous.Would highly recommend Rocket Cooling as they are very efficient from the secretary right down to the technician.

My service call was pleasantly communicated. The Tech notified me 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, right in time. They also texted me notice that he was on his way and sent a link to a gps tracker so I could monitor his progress (like Uber). Michael listened to my assessment, then explained everything he was doing while working efficiently and neatly. He had my system back up and running quickly.
