Rocket Pest Control

The pest control service performed by Curtis Gligsby today was thorough, courteous, and professional. We also requested advice for a specific problem and Curtis immediately provided options and took care of it. To top off an already effective visit, the spider web dusting under the porches and along the soffits was super appreciated!

This review is meant Only for the technician, Patrick that went out of his way and made two trips to our home to ensure the inside and outside was treated when the work order did Not include the lockbox code for the key to get inside. I reached out to him after I got an email stating that the house wasn't initially treated inside because he didn't have the code. He went back for us with the code we gave him and completed the job. Now our issue is with the others in the company that can not seem to revise a work order that Kyle has already received from the technician and we close with the buyer tomorrow. This is only our experience and Patrick was great, all of the others, not so much!

So far I’m happy that I made this decision on protecting my home I had the opportunity to meet this amazing man his name is Anthony Wess he walked me through the whole process in obtaining an account and explained what options I had so I went with the termite bait stations around the house the man that came out did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable and respectful but going back to WESS not only he explained the options I had for pest control but he also gave me heads up on a vacation spot in Cancoon which I’m about to book thank you Wess for all the information you provided me it was a pleasure meeting you.

We love rocket pest! They are affordable and the Greenville team is top notch! Kross showed up to do our yearly termite inspection. We decided to get additional coverage and Andrew showed up just an hour later to get us covered for the add! Both of these guys were knowledgeable, personable and worked with us for what our needs were. Couldn’t be happier. Great team!

Overall a great experience with Rocket Pet Control. Only issue is communication with the availability for the technician to arrive at my property. I have requested multiple times for them to arrive after 4:00pm but the technician always comes prior to this time.
