I had wonderful service provided by Christian today. He maintained grace under pressure (my grumpy old dog was being less than cordial) and walked me through all the actions he took with patience. So far I have been pleased with the services provided by Rocket, but seriously impressed with the professionalism and personable, considerate kindness of the technicians.

The technician, Aaron, was absolutely amazing. I hate bugs (and I mean HATE 😅), and he was so patient, kind, and reassuring. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the entire process without ever making me feel rushed or confused. In a time when great service feels rare, Aaron truly went above and beyond. He turned a stressful, bug-filled situation into a surprisingly positive experience. Don’t trust Rocket! They sent a salesman who pretended to be a pest control specialist who lied about me having bedbugs for money. Called for an inspection suspecting I had bedbugs. The man who came out, William, was super nice - “I’m state certified, nationally certified, I even got an entomology degree!” He gave me an $850 quote for my bedbugs, made it seem like such a great deal, gave me a business card, and left. Had another opinion come out today (Evans Pest Control!) and the man looked way more thoroughly, picked up bugs, and told me they weren’t bedbugs at all, but carpet beetles. William from Rocket? His business card says “Sales Professional.” They sent out a charming salesman who lied about his experience and me having bedbugs. So shady!

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT USE ROCKET PEST CONTROL! I was with the company before Rocket Pest Control for 20 years before Rocket took it over. It's is a crooked company now. For maintenance, are are supposed to SPRAY my front porch, my back porch, and al around my house. They are supposed to take the duster thingy and get the cobwebs off everything Their technician came today, I watched him through my security cameras. He never even got the sprayer out of his truck. He came to my porch with a bottle (I'm assumng the concentrated stuff they mix wth water and use in the sprayer). He walked to one of the garden areas that has mulch, stood there, and dumped some of that out into the ground. He walked around the house. Nothing more, he literally just walked around my house. Didn't even go onto the b
