I don’t normally post ; but my new Termite Tech : Vincent Collins came out and noticed something off about my service. Without even being asked , he corrected everything to ensure I was taken care of . He went above and beyond to provide an excellent termite service , But even more than that , he provided an excellent Customer Service Experience . What really stood out to me was that he explained everything thoroughly to ensure I understood . Thank you Vincent !! You are the Best !!!

Getting a little disgusted with this company now. Sends out a text stating service will be performed today and they never show up but we are being charged monthly of $50 for services. When you call, they only take notes and state an account mgr. will contact you in 24-48 hours. Why do we have to wait in order to talk to a manager. It's time to find another company. Ridiculous

Rocket pest came out to perform quarterly and semi-annual services last week. A representative named Brian contacted me offering to install an upgraded system that would save me money with an installation fee of $199 and $25 per month. He said that the $174 semi-annual fee that would be due this month would be waived and I would only pay the $199 install fee, sounded like a good deal so I agreed. A few days ago they installed the new bait stations, I log onto my account and the $174 was not waived. I paid the $174 and the $99 quarterly fees to keep my account current. I called the office and discussed this and was told by the representative that Brian didn't inform the company that he had waived the $174 like he told me. We recently received a bill from Rocket Pest Control stating that we owe payment for a service supposedly rendered. However, we have never received any service from your company, nor do we have any signed agreement or contract in place. I was informed that a contract exists, but we have never signed anything authorizing services from Rocket Pest Control. Naturally, this caused confusion, as we do not have a formal relationship with your company. To make matters worse, someone from Rocket Pest Control came to our property today and removed termite traps that were originally installed by a different company—without any prior notice or permission.
