We've had a wonderful experience with both Marcus and Ronnie; both were very friendly and helpful and willing to explain things to us. Ronnie did an exceptional job looking for termites after it erroneously showed up on a home inspection report. We are very pleased with our service.

Charlie Bryce was our inspection tech and he did a great job. He kept us informed of when he would arrive and was spot on with that time. I thought the inspection was thorough and he answered all of my questions about the applications. Charlie is a professional in every sense, and a nice guy!

I believe in giving good as well as bad reviews when warranted. I cannot get this company anything but a bad review because I can’t seem to find anybody that works there. For well over a week I have been calling and leaving messages, for Maria who has been barraging me with automated emails, I have been replying to emails, filling out their contact form, doing everything except pulling over one of their trucks that I see when driving. They did the install on my brand new house through the builder, so unfortunately, I am stuck with them otherwise I would certainly go elsewhere. I would have to say this is the worst customer care experience that I have been through. The saddest part is that this review is probably the only reason that someone there will get back to me.

We had an excellent service by John S. He was extremely thorough, and very professional. We have had a nonstop battle with ants for a while now and as a courtesy, he took care of it. Including reducing one of our most troublesome ant hills to rubble. We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend John S to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about Charlie Boyce from Rocket Pest Control. From the very first visit, he really listened to my bug phobias without judgment. He articulated an aggressive but safe strategy to address my issues. He is very knowledgeable and really takes pride in his job. He is thorough, patient, respectful. This isn’t my first rodeo where I have felt other companies came with water in their tanks because I never saw any improvement. I moved here from NYC and never experienced insects the likes of which took residence in my townhouse! They were the size of 747’s And abundant! I love to be outdoors and couldn’t set foot in my patio or garage without being attacked! Today I am enjoying my patio and backyard and am using my garage for storage without fear God knows what migh
