This was a terrible experience. I approached Rodney last fall regarding countertops. I wanted Cannongate Cambria, I was assured by Rodney he could get that material so in good faith I gave him a $5000.00 cash deposit. Several months later I was told he couldn't get the material. I went to Stonesolid many times and often found the doors locked during normal business hours. I self-served, selecting various samples of countertop until I found a color that would work in my home. After the first of the year, Rodney finally sent an employee to "map" our existing counters so that he could order the new color I had selected.
