I recently had a brand-new toilet installed by David (Rockstar Plumbing), and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the start, he was highly professional and friendly, and he even gave me a courtesy call before arriving. He was punctual, efficient, and left everything completed. In addition to installing the new toilet, he also took the time to address issues with my previously installed toilet, which hadn’t been completed properly. He went out of his way to replace the missing plate on the wall and the hose, taking extra time to ensure everything was done right, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. I can't say enough good things about Rockstar Plumbing and the sink and pedestal installation by David & his helper; I'm just sorry it took me so long to leave a review. As mentioned in other reviews, service is quick and responsive and pricing is fair and transparent. Prices are listed in a notebook and David showed me how the pricing is organized before giving me an invoice. They stood by their estimate, even when they uncovered bad prior work that caused extra work for them. David applied a temporary seal to an irregular hole in the wall and supplied some missing hardware and the sink was ready to go, right on time.
