Rocksteady Tree Care

Doug, the owner of Rocksteady, was knowledgeable, thoughtful and never, not once, attempted to upsell or fear monger. I wish I could give this review way more than five stars, because we’ve had two prior (and bad) experiences with two other bigger tree companies and the difference between those experiences and what we experienced with Rocksteady was night and day. Doug is a true arborist, and a master climber, he makes precise cuts, doesn’t run heavy machinery endlessly, and watching him climb is pretty magical. After trimming our tree, his assistant raked our front yard, and then they carted away all debris. On top of all that? Diagnosed my problems and gave me a full action plan within a few minutes of being on the property to see my problematic trees. I could tell the care and appreciation not only for nature but for me family was very much at the forefront of the companies approach to this work. They were prompt, timely, effective, and very clean in their work, attitudes and dress. Rock Steady is awesome. If you need any trees cut down, he can do it even if you think it’s not possible. He will is very methodical and lays the trees exactly where he says they are going. Price was very good also. It was amazing to watch him work. We’ve used him twice now and will call him again if needed. You won’t go wrong getting him for your tree needs.

I needed a large tree limb removed that was a hazard to my roof. Doug did a great job. Very professional, safe and clean. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about this tree service. John is "top notch" knowledgeable about his trade and so very safe! He took his time explaining the "why" and let me make up my own mind on what I wanted without pushing me in any direction. He cared about preservation but also about the long term effects on the trees and surrounding environment. This tree was over the sidewalk where all the neighborhood kids play and was dropping huge branches as it was not healthy. I started out at my home watching and quickly realized I was free to trust his work and went out to leave the work to the two professionals in my yard. I will call them over and over for maintenance. We need more people like these who pride themselves in their work and care about the outcome! Thank yall so much! That was a HUGE TREE!
