They even went above and beyond, to suggest and fabricate a matching window sill, above my kitchen sink, that we never even thought about. It was the finishing touch. My husband and I came in to look at stone and sinks for our kitchen remodel and filled out paperwork. Although we didn’t have an appointment we were barely acknowledged by Alyssa to the point we left, we decided to follow up and she never responded to our email. We gave it another shot at Olathe and found out she didn’t even put us in the system even though we filled out the paperwork. I believe she profiled us because we didn’t look like we can afford to shop there. The only reason we are still considering using RockTop is because my dad recommends it and Anna was the opposite of Alyssa. Don’t work with Alyssa ask for someone else that shows some interest in sales and customer service.
