Rocktown ICF Supply

I called Steve to see about him installing the ICF for my build. He told me that it was out of his area (about an hour and half away). Instead of hanging up, he took the time to talk with me. He said he could do it if I don't find someone else. He then told me there was a builder that installs BuildBlock in the area I'm looking and even offered to look around to find that company's information. Very pleasant and helpful to deal. Went above and beyond for someone he probably wouldn't be doing business with. I wish I was moving to his area to have him build my house. Thanks again Steve.

Steve is always quick to help, willing to provide advice when needed, and went above and beyond on my project. When there were challenges encountered in any part of the contracted work that Steve did, he ALWAYS made it right. If you're on the fence about building with Insulated Concrete Forms and using Rocktown ICF as a supplier, don't be! I wish that every supplier/contractor that I worked with in our project had been as fantastic as Steve and his crew was.
