We have had the best experience with Ed at Rocky Hill Landscaping for the last 5 years. He is reliable, responsive and he keeps our grounds well maintained and looking beautiful. We recently had a tree fall into our parking lot at night and he was on-site that morning and worked all day to remove the tree.

We hired Ed who did our spring cleanup and first mow of the season (he told us he would come back with mulch ASAP). Even though he agreed to weekly moving, we had to reach out to him multiple times and finally 2 weeks later he showed up to mow (but still had no mulch). Well, that was the last time we ever heard from him because he completely ghosted us with no explanation. We are highly disappointed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I understand things happen but to just completely ignore a customer is extremely unprofessional, rude, and no way to run a business. If you’re looking for a reliable landscaper, this company is not it!!! (Posted this review 2 years ago but never showed up, so resubmitting it)

Ed is great been doing my property for five years now grounds always look great does my plowing as parking lots are always cleared as i wanted due to nature of my buisness always responsive Great company to deal with
