Rocky Mountain Bed Bug was amazing! They were incredibly quick to respond and very informative throughout the entire process. Their service was top-notch, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. Our technician, Darren, was fantastic—so helpful, kind, and responsive. I’m very grateful for Rocky Mountain Bed Bug. We had a serious concern that we might have bed bugs, and I called at least 4 other places and left messages trying to get someone over to check things out, or at least give us advice on what to do next. Darren was the only one who had promptly called me back and arranged to come over as soon as he was able. He thoroughly checked through everything and even took the time to inform me more about bed bugs. Thankfully, we didn’t end up having any signs of them, but we were so grateful he was willing to come and inspect & reassure us of that. It was also comforting to know that even if we did have bed bugs, the process they use would allow us to keep all our existing furniture & not have to replace anything. I would definitely recommend them!

They heat treated our home 4 months ago after a few failed treatments by another company. (We wasted over $3000 before we were referred to these guys) Their treatment was way more intense and thorough. Haven't seen any bed bugs or got bit since.
