We had windowsills installed by Chase. He was amazing. He communicated with us about the potential wait for our requested material because of shipping and manufacturing delays. Once the product came in, he was very responsive and installed the product quickly. He was also very polite with my children who were running around trying to talk to him. I definitely recommend this business

We went to the business to ask about different types of countertops. The owner was not there, but the pe.rson who tried to answer our questions and said Chase would call and arrange to come by. Chase called the same day and came to our house the next day, took some measurements and said he would send us an estimate in a few days. That was the last we ever heard from him. We called once and were told that Chase would call, but he never did. This is no way to run a business and these folks won't get any of ours in the future.
