Rocky Mountain Drilling

Poor communication and rude staff. These guys have been in the neighborhood digging for Quantum Fiber. They left door hangers with no information about when they would be digging and a phone number that doesn't get answered. One of their staff let them into our backyard without notifying anyone and the dogs got out. Fortunately, my wife was home to get them back inside.

Pour communication, staff threatened to mace my service dogs because they refuse to knock on the door (resident is home 24 hours a day along with no camera footage of front door being approached) to the property they just access it without communication or they drop off a paper on the door and show up 2 months later!!

Driver of Rocky Mountain Drilling took a left across two pairs of double yellow lines and almost ran me off the road. Tried contacting company to report unsafe/aggressive driver but no no phone number or email address to report. Tells you a lot about the company.

Literally finished work in my backyard and left a saw blade in the grass knowing that I have dogs. Completely unacceptable and shows just how careless they are.

They've been doing work in my neighborhood, asked for access to my yard, and left garbage, and uncompleted work scattered around, can't reach anyone at the company.
