My dad originally used this company 24 years ago for the installation of the original garage door and when I called, I was surprised to find the same company is still in business! The tech Roy came to the house to fix the broken spring and showed me what was breaking down with the old door. He also explained the benefits of investing into a new door but he did not pressure me or make me feel like that was the only option. After weighing my options, I decided to invest in the new door. Roy, Ocee and Aaron installed the new door in 2 hours. They were efficient, polite and fairly priced and the quality of the door is excellent! I would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company three times now, but I am not going to be able to do that anymore. Their charge for parts is astronomical. $250 for $10 at Home Depot. That's a 2400% markup. $350 for $30 at Home Depot. That's a 1000% markup! AND $400 for labor for just 1 hour is not great either. For those prices I will learn how to fix my own garage doors in the future.

OC came by same day in a half hour from my call and identified and replaced a broken spring in another 45 minutes, I found his info from a referral from Mr Ed. I respect his initiative, speed, and attention to detail, he went ahead and remounted a railing that was getting hazardous on rotten wood. For a 2 car garage the repair was $400 backed by 2 year warranty, no service fee.

I was having problems with my garage door not opening. OC and Aaron came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was such an easy and positive experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
