Rocky Mountain Heating & Cooling

We have been customers of Rocky Mountain now for a few years and the team just keeps getting better. We do the maintenance plan (it’s worth it!) and the team doesn’t just cruise through but Luke looked top to bottom at our unit and discovered critical items that needed to be taken care of and communicated it all super clearly. Rocky Mountain also now does dryer vent cleaning and Rowdy and Justin came by and did an efficient and thorough job and had all the right equipment to do it right. Last, Christina who is the point of contact for everything is great at communicating clearly and getting annual maintenance scheduled timely. Last year she made herself available on the weekend at odd hours when our old furnace died. Really above and beyond service during what could have been a catast

Derealy was my technician I was in a critical position because my furnace was only blowing cool air and my thermostat was not working at all . Dearly completely did an inspection and cleaning and overhaul of my furnace. She also had to to install a new thermostat. Not only did she do a complete cleaning and service of my furnace she also checked my vents for air flow and was able to give me an educational overview of what I should be looking for and how to know when I needed Mountain Heating and Cooling to come back . Because of her service and the overall service of the company I have initiated an annual service Safety check on both my furnace and air conditioning .
