Just went to this shop. Wish I could give them 10 stars. They were so helpful, thorough and patient with us. Thought we would have to drive to Alamosa but no, this is the place to go. Didn’t know there were still people like that! Thank you!!

Well let's see... it's 8:40 am on a Saturday and here I am in front of the store that Google swears is open.. there's even a OPEN sign showing thru the window. Guess what? They ain't open. And I drove a hour to get here. No worries. I won't be back. In the time I wasted driving here I could have driven to Home Depot in Pueblo. I love to support local businesses but not when they waste my time. 👎👎

If 0 stars was an options to give on here, they would get 0 stars. After discovering that we had a main line water break to our house, we called and were promised that someone would be out. 2 days later, nobody has come by. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible. They will not answer the phone. We have a pregnant woman living at our residence and we haven't had water for going on 3 days now. Called Husmann Plumbing who are on their way now. Do not use this Plumbing company if you have an emergency.

Tracey put a water filtration system on our well and house and it was very reasonable for the entire thing, I was expecting hundreds of dollars and I was wrong. It did take a few weeks for him to get there but it is because they are very busy and good at their job. I didn't mind waiting to make sure it got done right. These folks go above and beyond to help you. Many times after they were closed and we needed a part they helped us.

I manage a coffee shop/bar and a pipe started to leak. The coffee shop is open 7 days a week so the pipe needed to be repaired at night with the water off. This was a decently involved pipe replacement with cutting copper and disengaging shark bites. This store gave me everything I needed and talked with me for 15 minutes on how exactly to pull this off. They even gave me tips on how to prevent it from leaking again. Now here is the crazy part, the guy who owns the store gave me his personal cell phone number and offered to help late at night after the coffee shop closes. As he knew if I wasn't able to successfully fix the leak the coffee shop wouldn't be able to open that morning because cutting of pipes and shutting off water.
