Rocky Tops Custom Countertops

We have worked with Rocky Tops several times since moving to Chattanooga 10 years ago. We have always gotten great service from selection to installation and beyond. We recently finished our “last” home and with the help of Annaliz selected beautiful granite to be used throughout. The only hiccup we had was what appeared to be a quarter size chip in the center of the island. Rocky Tops responded quickly and offered to repair the chip, and if we weren’t satisfied with the repair, they would replace it. I was very skeptical about achieving a satisfactory repair. They sent out their technician who must be some sort of magician, because I can’t even find the repair. The top is perfectly smooth. I would recommend Rocky Tops to anyone needing beautiful countertops.

I cannot recommend Rocky Tops highly enough. Working with Mayeli was a delight, and the installation team delivered exceptional results. Attached are some pictures. Though our kitchen is still a work in progress, the countertops and backsplash look fantastic! They also did the countertops in our master bath, and they did a great job there as well. During the project time-frame, my husband had an accident which caused a delay in the process, and the team was very accommodating and worked with us through this setback. We had a great experience from 1st visit to the install. Randall was a huge help, never made us feel like we were bothering him with our many questions. We did shop around to make sure we got the best price and of all the other places we went I would say Rocky Tops gave us the best customer experience, showed up when they said they would and everyone was very nice.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with my counter tops and backsplash. Jasmine understood my vision and do not give up until we found the perfect stone slabs for my kitchen, pantry, laundry, and bathrooms. We had an AMAZING experience at Rocky Tops!!!! They were incredible to deal with—so efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Jasmine was extremely helpful and patient as we were picking out countertops (even with three little children in tow:) As a surgeon, I can be very particular:) so I was thankful that Rocky Tops sent me pictures of all the countertops and backsplashes before they were fabricated so that I could make small adjustments (I wanted to avoid a darker vein and they worked with me until I was happy!) My finished countertops look SPECTACULAR!!! They are beyond my wildest dreams!!!
