This Review is for the Repair/Service Department. Ryan D. is an absolutely topnotch guy. He was educational and patient with my needs and took the extra time to give me some hands on learning.
Lady on the phone hung up on me after I asked a question whether they had an item or not. Guess I'll take that as a no and they won't get my business.
Very large store with a good location. Richard in the key section had such a great attitude and customer service.
