We were prepping our Encino home for sale when our contractor found droppings in the attic and garage. Called Rodents Stop and Jocelyne got us on the schedule within two days. I cannot speak to the efficacy of this service, as I did not hire them. What I will speak to are their predatory practices toward people. When Shai arrived to complete the inspection, he did not introduce himself, nor did he explain what the inspection would entail. He did not give me time to explain my situation, nor did he ask any questions about our current state. He immediately started looking around and making comments about things that were not even in the general area of where our problem was. I tried to explain what he was commenting on, and he blew me off. I made another attempt to explain the situation we were in, and it did not seem as if he cared about what I had to say. He spoke to me in a condescending way, and I felt disrespected immediately and for the entirety of his visi

I have used Rodent Stop for years and I must say they are the best. The most recent was a major job, but Miguel (and Miguel) spent the day going above and beyond. They checked and proofed all areas in and out of the house, and cleaned up to perfection, as well as being polite and explaining things as they went along. I tell everyone this is the best investment I ever made. I highly recommend them to everyone.
