It would take years for me to explain adequately the awful experience I had with this company, subsequently also the amount of time it took for them to never give me a definitive answer. 3 months into living in a home that I built, my tile flooring in my master bathroom and laundry room started to crack and come up. I immediately reached out to my builder and Roger’s via my sales rep who helped me pick out the flooring. The sales rep who years later is no longer with the company, ignored 20+ phone calls so I started to call both the Nicholasville and Richmond stores, and I was always promised a solution which was that they would come to my house, assess what needed to be fixed and address it. I was hoping to purchase carpet from them to support local business, but after coming into the store and selecting the carpet we wanted and scheduling someone to come out and do the measurement, they didn’t show up to do the measurement. So I called and asked what happened and rescheduled the measurement. Then after the measurement was done, nobody followed up with me to proceed. So I called them to initiate getting a price for the carpet based on the measurement and was told by the gentleman who took my call that he’d call me back that day, and he hasn’t called yet and that was days ago. I give up on this business.

I have ordered Brazilian cherry hardwood floor from them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable from starting process to the end. Chris showed an outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend Chris and his company without any reservations. They are the BEST in the business!!!! Thank you.

Chris came out to our house to give us an estimate for taking out our old carpet and putting in a new hardwood floor. We were going out of town for a few days, and Chris said they could do it while we were gone; that way we wouldn't have to deal with all of the dust, etc....When we came back to town after 6 days, the house was immaculate, and they stained the wood so well, you cannot tell what the new area is!! Chris Rogers and his folks are the best with whom we have ever worked.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Rogers Floorcovering. They messed up every single part of the project that I needed them for. My wife and I went in 2 weeks before we needed the flooring installed and gave them a specific day that we needed flooring installed. They assured us that they could meet the deadline and have the flooring installed on that day. They came out to measure for the flooring and said they would give us a quote. When several days passed and I had not heard anything, I called them and they told me it was too late to get the flooring installed when I requested. After talking with several people in the store, they agreed to rush the delivery on the flooring and, again, promised me it would be installed the following Monday because I had applianc
