We called to have road trees trimmed and trees over our power lines. They were Awsome. Went right to work and cleaned up all tree limbs. They had to block one side of road. They put out cones and directed traffic. That’s just common sense they were using a cherry picker 2 trucks and a chipper. Thanks guys you did a great job

Absolutely terrible experience with them dropping logs all over my property when hired to clean up trees in the park by my house they crushed my fence in multiple places with logs they carelessly cut and let drop anywhere.. even tore out my Ethernet cable and damaged my power cable mast. I called the company and the man was rude. Yelled at me and hung up multiple times without even hearing my complaint. Now I will have to waste time and effort talking to the proper authorities to get them to take care of things properly. I was truly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism from these people, both on site and on the phone

ABC Tree Service was hired by Berea City Housing Authority to remove two trees- very large trees that DID NOT NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN, but that isn't my beef. This company along with Berea Housing Authority created a very dangerous environment by lack of communication, and then after destroying my mothers property ( which is next door to this area of houses) tried to get my 84 year old mother to assume it all on her insurance. They destroyed the fence for the backyard completely and claimed it was damaged, which is true but only about 8 feet in the right corner which an insurance adjuster had already reviewed. When I tried to explain this to both parties, they kept saying "your mother's insurance is already paying for it". So I will be getting the insurance information from ABC and for Berea

Middle Tennessee EMC contracted them to trim by the power lines in our neighborhood. The worst trimmers ever. Butchered the trees. Did not speak English so could not communicate with them. I think it’s criminal to destroy people’s trees that are not interfering with the power lines. They cut 6’ below the telephone lines!

This company butchered our two big, full, beautiful trees out front of my house and completely got rid of my big bush instead of trimming it. We weren't even told they were going to trim the trees, they only discussed and had flags on the bush. Disgusting job done, very disappointed!
