Good luck getting any service! I have been a customer for 12 years. Last year I inquired about upgrading my system after getting a new lawn and landscaping, and was told that is something John does in the spring. I called in early April and discussed options with Paula the secretary. John was going to get in touch but he was very busy. I called again in mid-June. "John isn't sure what he can even do for you". This was the third time in 12 years that I had to wait months for service, resulting in me having to haul out a hose to water my lawn. I called another company and within 2 weeks had a wi-fi enabled controller that saves me from going down into the basement to make adjustments. Two stars for the pleasant workers who replaced heads in the past and for Paula in the office.

Called in a panic to have my sprinkler system blown out, expecting to hear the same as other companies in the area of “we’re booked” or” we’re not taking more customers”, John was not only was polite & professional he came at 7pm the SAME night!!! Would highly recommend for all your irrigation needs, THANKS John see you in the spring!!!
