Worse place to go for tile. They have every single color on display but out of stock on everything. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get the tile we paid for and every day Juan says tomorrow it will be here. Today Friday September 26 we still haven't gotten what we paid for. That guy is very sketchy. Watch out he sells you something they don't even have in stock only on display.

Very helpful Lady showed me all the similar style of tile I was looking for … Took her time to show me around & if they dnt have it in stock they’ll have it ordered .. Purchased all the Floor tile for my home in this location..

I ordered tile they said was in stock and paid cash. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me they didn’t have the tile. I asked for my money back and they said they would have to cut me a check but I had to wait until the next day because the owner wasn’t in. Next day, I was told to call at 1 pm because the owner hadn’t come in yet to sign the check. Told me to call back at 3 pm. I called at 3 and they said the owner wouldn’t be in until the next day to try back the next day. If I paid cash, I shouldn’t have to wait to get a refund

This place was the 4th place I stopped at. Right away customer service was amazing. I told the woman what I was looking for and she showed me the most economical first, (on sale, but what I was interested in) all I did was give her the colors I was interested in and I found the perfect tile for me.

Went cause I was looking to remodel my house. Asked Santa in Mission for a name of a good tile setter. She said , i will tell the guys to call you. Ten minutes later, they called and gave me a good. Quote. They started but didnt finish The job.They left a mess. Its been a week and they dont answer the phone. It is very frustrating cause the house is a mess, they lefy toilet outside Moscas EVERYWHERE CAUSE THE TOILET IS MISSING.
