My car was hit 11/19/2021 1PM by one of their employees carelessly. He opened and let his door go crushing my car causing a big damage in the parking lot around Rockville, MD. They were many other empty spaces around for no reason to park closely to my car. I do not recommend this company. He looked at the damage and kept going not leaving even his information. My car has 24/7 security recording getting it all caught. Police report filed. Once I called their office Manager, he did not seem to be concerned or very sorry that this happened. I would not recommend any work being done by this company with these careless behaviors from employees causing time and money losses.

I did use this company for about 30 years. Roger is a great guy and provides a great service. Sadly his son Jay has taken over and he is the opposite of his father brining the quality of the company down with him. I think Roger is around but if you have to deal with Jay I suggest you run!

While driving in Rockville/Gaithersburg on 6/10/2014 at around 7 pm, I noticed that I was being tailgated while driving 50 mph in a 40 mph zone by a Hansen Pool Services van. The van beeped, which was fine, but then it aggressively swerved around me. The driver drove next to me and made some aggressive gestures. I opened my window and told him that it was a 40 mph zone and he got extremely mad and told me that he was going to fight me at the next red light. We got to the red light and he opened his van door and started to come out at me, but then retreated. I told him that I wasn't going to do anything bad against him and told him to calm down and have a good day, but he kept screaming out insults to me and my wife. Called to ask if they could do some renovations on our pool, gave our location and they said it was too far away. We are only 12 miles away up Georgia Ave. They won't travel 12 miles for a large renovation job in the same county where they are located?
