Roger Roofing

I am a Real Estate Broker and been in the business for 21 years. I’m listing a property soon for sale and my seller got an estimate from his contractor to fix the roof. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion since Roger had worked for me before for other property. I called Roger and he got there next day, gave me a much better price and an honest diagnosis about the roof, fixed it the same day. What can you ask for more ?. I highly recommend Roger and will work with him again and again. P.S I love the fact he took the pictures of before and after.

I had wind damage on part of my roof and Roger came out the next morning at the time he said he would be there. He got up on my roof and quoted me a fair price and said he could do it the next morning. That was important to me as there was bare wood showing and we were due a big rainstorm the day after. Roger showed up on time the next morning and they did a great job and I was very pleased with the flat roof that they repaired. He saved me from a much more expensive fix as it rained over an inch the next day. I will definitely use him for any future roofing needs.

21Oct24 I noticed Roger Roofing working next door to my townhome and I remembered he had inspected my roof a couple of times in the past. When he finished next door, I asked if he had time to look at my roof. He abliged and after looking, he said it was in good order. Since winter is approaching, I was relieved. The most gracious thing Mr Roger Chambergo did for me was to not charge for his inspection. Now, who does that nowadays? An honest man!
