Daniel and Silas came out today to install our new Goodman HVAC unit. It's working sweet and the house is finally warm again without having to use space heaters. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electric for all your HVAC needs

Austin and Frank were incredible. Knowledgeable, courteous and our house is nice and warm again. Mario originally troubleshot the problem on Friday and while the 25+ year old furnace was past the point of return, he contacted Shane who gave us a reasonable replacement estimate and we agreed. Can't say enough about these four men. Excellent!!

Updated review 1/22/26: Still would give the team at this company 5 stars! Just wanted to specify that the installation team (Tony, Ty, and Miles) were absolutely wonderful and quick at swapping out our system. They also took the extra time to clean up the space in our attic and make everything look tidy. Tony was great at communicating updates throughout the day and gave me a thorough walk through of how to use our new thermostat. Also wanted to include that Craig made the purchasing process super easy and he clearly communicated all of our options when we were looking for a replacement system. Had some problems with our heat pump, they sent out Ryan to do some diagnosing and he was so sweet and respectful. Made sure he took his time diagnosing and taking pictures to show what is exactly going on. Also took his time explaining everything and making sure we understood everything while not causing more stress. Most definitely recommend the company. They also have payment plan options to help if you are going through financial hardships.

Jayce and his partner did an excellent job diagnosing and cleaning our gas fireplace. Joyce called to let me know he was on his way and was in the time frame he scheduled to come out to our house. Would definitely recommend him and RHCE company again. Update: We had issues with our HVAC; Gas fireplace and gas cooktop and Jayce again was excellent! Explained everything! I highly recommend his company and Jayce! I appreciate as most people do; an honest company and service representative.
