Rojas Roofing

Jose took my mobile home's roof down to the seams and then basically made it new again. His work is impeccable and he's just a lovely human being in general :) Also, when he cleaned up, he made my yard look better than when he started the job -- LOL. I can't recommend him enough!

Had a 30 year old asphalt roof that was in need of replacement. Rojas roofing was recommended by a friend in Borrego so I reached out to Jose and he was available to take the job. He gave a competitive quote and timeline. The job was completed on schedule and the workmanship was amazing. So satisfied with that job, I asked him to repair and put a double 20 year coating on my foam roof. Again he exceeded expectations on quality and value. 100% professional contractor.

After getting estimates from three roofing contractors (and talking to homeowners that had used all three) we hired Rojas Roofing to replace our 45 year old roof on a double wide manufactured home. Jose does all the tear off and replacement work himself (the other companies used employees). He replaced old sheathing that had deteriorated, used a double layer of underlayment due to the shallow 2/12 pitch of the roof, moved attic venting as needed due to a kitchen remodel, and replaced the old wind turbines. Jose showed up when he said he would, completed the job in a timely manner, and explained everything he was doing throughout the process. Good contractors are hard to find, I would not hesitate to recommend Rojas Roofing (and I have) to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

We purchased a home in Borrego Springs last July at the Roadrunner Club. The home inspection revealed that a new roof was needed. I contacted Mr. Rojas on the recommendation of the Roadrunner Club office. I was unable to be present in the home for repairs until November but when I contacted Mr. Rojas, he assured me he would be able to replace our roof even in the hot summer months. Not only did he start when he said he would, but he completed the roof in a timely manner and sent me photos of every step along the way to its completion. The roof looks great! He did a fantastic, thorough job and was extremely professional through the entire time. I highly recommend him!

Jose did a great job of stripping off our old roof, replacing one bad plywood, installing new flashing, new underlayment, new roof jacks, and new 30 year shingles. Additionally, after a severe windstorm a few months later he come out and inspected our roof and gave us a quick report that all was fine. I recommend Rojas roofing unconditionally. He’s experienced and he won’t take any shortcuts.
