Remodeled master bathroom in April 2021. We started with a design, our hands were held during selection process and all material were in before project started. All days were productive. We knew in advance who was coming & when. The carpenters, Jack & Doug were not only professional but polite, clean, and easy to talk to. They never turned me away when I’d poke my nose into their workday. Rolf Schroeder & everyone who works with him is held to a higher level than any other GC I’ve met. Our complete exterior renovation, plus some basement structural repairs, were completed in December, 2023. This included removal of old asbestos-cement siding, replacement or renovation of two small porches and part of a deck area, new exterior doors and storm doors, all new windows, new glass-composite siding, and new roof, plus exterior lighting and some new trim.
