Rollie is a true gem. He came out immediately (on a Sunday) to assess the bat situation and made some immediate fixes. He then came back to do a thorough assessment and bat-proofed the whole exterior. He was kind, efficient, and honest. Do not go anywhere else if you have bat problems. Rollie will get your job done!
