I spoke with Norma to get a quote on a broken spring on my garage door. She was quick to respond and we set up the appointment for Gabriel to come repair the problem. Gabriel was professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He took the time to show me some things that were causing my door to be noisier than it should be. Without me even having to ask him to fix it, he explained how he could take care of it and proceeded to do so. The repair was quick and he made it look easy. This is a great husband and wife team that knows how to give excellent customer service at a good price !!!

For THREE YEARS… following another Garage door company that would no longer respond to me.( after my spring replacement concerns) Due to the rickety noise, and it constantly sounding like a roller-coaster about to “ jump the tracks”. We called “ ROLLING SMOOTH” Garage door. Gabriel and Norma were SUPER sympathetic. A few hours later- Gabriel came out to adjust it. He was nice and so helpful.
